Real estate decisions often involve major life changes. Finding the right Realtor who will bring value to this decision from beginning to end is very important. As a full-time Realtor I pride myself to being there every step of the way. I work with a collaborative team to help you or a loved one list and sell a home. On the buy side I pride myself in both leveraging the technology available as well as the personal touch of a phone call to chat through your options, priorities and questions. Ingrid had a corporate job in market research and management for 15 years, has her MBA from the University of St Thomas & became a Realtor following in her Mom's footsteps in 2009. She lives in Eden Prairie with her husband Mike and twin daughters. Ingrid enjoys hiking, biking, reading & cooking/baking with her daughters Maeve & Genevieve.

I have built my business off of who I would want to help me buy or sell my home – An absolute professional fighting for you and making sure that every ‘I’ is dotted and every ‘t’ is crossed, that your interests are at the top of any discussion in a transaction as well as make sure that everyone understands exactly what is going on at all times.  And someone that would watch your animals for you.  I’m like a warmed up M&M, hard shell with a mushy inside.  

Beginnings – Growing up in Minnesota and Colorado, I dreamt of being an Orthodontist…..that didn’t work out, but I did get degrees in Biology, Chemistry AND Vocal Music from Bemidji State University. Soooooo…

Music – I am ALWAYS humming, I apologize up front.  I was in a band after college, Sebastian Orange – look them up, uber famous.  I even wrote the lyrics to a song that one time.

Adulting – started in finance - you fall into things sometimes, but I loved the people and I loved the daily challenges of working with and through the systems.  Seeing things from a different perspective is key and is a huge piece of what makes me great at what I do.

Soccer – I play it, I didn’t say well!  Womens’ and Coed Leagues all around the Twin Cities all year round.  Let me know if you’d like to get on a team!

Dog lover – Volunteer at the Humane Society and also support and foster through Healing Hearts - I might greet your dog first at a listing appointment, not gonna lie

Wine enjoyer – Red’s preferred, but I will never turn down a white, or a Rose, or bubbles….

The architecture, design, age and all the components that go into building a home truly fascinate me. I was raised surrounded by painters, builders and tradesmen that taught me the meaning of "working hard" and I can't forget the strenuous summers of working on my grandpa's investment buildings in Minneapolis.

My background has prepared me to become a third generation property manager specializing in leasing, repairs and modernization. Since receiving my real estate license in 2019, I have become certified as a Pricing Strategy Advisor and a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.

I take pride in building relationships with my clients, using my network and expertise to create a simple and reliable process that my clients can trust.

Witnessing the real estate industry and all its components at a young age has made me understand how intimidating contractors can be. Which is why I want to change the perception of a presumptuous realtor, and be the Realtor my clients can trust.
