Ingrid had a corporate job in market research and management for 15 years, has her MBA from the University of St Thomas & became a Realtor following in her Mom's footsteps in 2009. She lives in Eden Prairie with her husband Mike and twin daughters. Ingrid enjoys hiking, biking, reading & cooking/baking with her daughters Maeve & Genevieve.

Beginnings – Growing up in Minnesota and Colorado, I dreamt of being an Orthodontist…..that didn’t work out, but I did get degrees in Biology, Chemistry AND Vocal Music from Bemidji State University. Soooooo…

Music – I am ALWAYS humming, I apologize up front.  I was in a band after college, Sebastian Orange – look them up, uber famous.  I even wrote the lyrics to a song that one time.

Adulting – started in finance - you fall into things sometimes, but I loved the people and I loved the daily challenges of working with and through the systems.  Seeing things from a different perspective is key and is a huge piece of what makes me great at what I do.

Soccer – I play it, I didn’t say well!  Womens’ and Coed Leagues all around the Twin Cities all year round.  Let me know if you’d like to get on a team!

Dog lover – Volunteer at the Humane Society and also support and foster through Healing Hearts - I might greet your dog first at a listing appointment, not gonna lie

Wine enjoyer – Red’s preferred, but I will never turn down a white, or a Rose, or bubbles….

I am Wendy Hanson and I have been a real estate consultant for 22 years. I am a full time agent and work for REALTY ONE GROUP CHOICE in Andover, MN.  Although my office is located in the northwest suburb of the Twin Cities, I am licensed in Minnesota and have represented clients in many communities around the Twin Cities Metro Area as well as outside the metro counties.

Whether a buyer or seller, I will be there to negotiate the offer to best represent you. Once we have an offer that is agreed upon by both parties, I will then oversee all the transactional details to follow. These details include, working with the mortgage company to meet deadlines, inspections, working with agents or contractors who have work to be completed on the home, coordinating the closing with the title companies, assisting in clearing up any title defects, and any other issues that could affect the closing date. 
Finally, I will be there for you during your celebration.
